At Thumbtack, we love our pros – all 200,000+ of them. We’re also invested in their success and are always looking for opportunities to hear from them about how to improve Thumbtack – and help them grow their business.
On November 9, we invited more than 50 pros from around the Bay Area to our offices in downtown San Francisco. We talked about the challenges of running a small business, answered questions about Thumbtack, and our product team collected some great feedback about how Thumbtack can work even better for these small business owners. Marco Zappacosta, Thumbtack’s CEO, was also at the event and heard directly from these pros about what they’re worried about and how Thumbtack can help.

The event was a huge success all around, and we’ve already started incorporating feedback on how to make the overall pro experience even better.
